Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the Goods as food products and for reasons of health and safety, the Business does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, taste preference, incorrect selection, or any subjective dissatisfaction with the Goods.
Goods that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or otherwise compromised are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
The Customer acknowledges that variations in flavour, aroma, colour, leaf size, and overall sensory experience are inherent characteristics of natural tea and herbal products and do not constitute defects.
Where the Customer believes Goods are faulty, damaged, or not in accordance with statutory consumer guarantees, the Customer must notify the Business within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery for damaged Goods, or within a reasonable period for latent defects, providing sufficient evidence including photographs, batch information, and proof of purchase.
All claims for faulty Goods are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Where a valid claim is accepted, the Business may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, provide a remedy including replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price.
The Business reserves the right to require return of the Goods, additional evidence, or further information prior to approving any remedy.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction and will not be issued to alternative cards, accounts, or payment channels.
The Business reserves the right to refuse any claim where it reasonably suspects misuse of the Goods, improper storage, failure to follow product instructions, or where the Goods have been altered, repackaged, or combined with other substances after purchase.
Goods purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or marked as “final sale” or “short-dated” are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
The Business is not liable for deterioration in product quality resulting from factors outside its control after dispatch, including but not limited to exposure to heat, moisture, delayed collection, or improper storage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies to which the Customer may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law.
