Shipping and Delivery

  1. The Business ships Goods within Australia only. The Business does not offer international shipping at this moment.

  2. Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within one (1) to five (5) business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and peak periods. The Business reserves the right to extend processing times due to high order volume, supply delays, or operational requirements.

  3. Goods are shipped using Australia Post at this time. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. The Customer acknowledges that all delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  4. The Business is not liable for delays in delivery caused by Australia Post, including but not limited to postal disruptions, network delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational issues within Australia Post’s control. The Customer agrees that such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

  5. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of Order. Where an incorrect address is provided, the Business is not liable for loss or delay, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery, and refunds will not be issued for incorrectly addressed Orders.

  6. Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer at the time the Goods are dispatched to Australia Post. Title in the Goods passes to the Customer upon full payment being received by the Business. The Business is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after dispatch.

  7. If Goods are lost or damaged in transit, the Customer must notify the Business within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. The Business may, at its discretion, assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post or offer a replacement or refund where deemed appropriate. The Business is not obligated to provide compensation where loss is attributable to Australia Post.

  8. Proof of delivery provided by Australia Post shall be deemed conclusive evidence that delivery has occurred. Where a parcel is marked as delivered, the Business shall not be liable for missing items, and responsibility rests with the Customer to secure the delivery location.

  9. Where the Customer authorises delivery without signature, the Customer assumes all risk of loss or theft, and the Business is released from liability once delivery is confirmed by Australia Post.

  10. Orders returned to the Business due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or delivery refusal may be subject to re-shipping fees, restocking assessment, and deduction of original shipping costs.

  11. The Business reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where delivery is not reasonably achievable and may cancel Orders where delivery risks are deemed excessive.

  12. The Customer acknowledges that Goods are perishable food products. The Business is not responsible for deterioration caused by exposure to heat during transit, delayed collection, or improper storage after delivery.

  13. The Business reserves the right to dispatch Goods in multiple shipments where necessary. No additional shipping charges will apply unless otherwise agreed.

  14. Delivery obligations may be suspended or delayed due to events beyond the Business’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic events, government restrictions, and transport disruptions affecting Australia Post. The Business shall not be liable for failure to meet delivery timeframes in such circumstances.
